Delicious! I used Italian seasoning and sprinkled fresh grated parm on them as soon as I removed them from the oven. Will make again!

I made these for breakfast today. I usually have potatoes at breakfast and they take way too long, unless I have leftover roasties. These were so fast and yummy! What a great technique. My breakfasts just got a lot more fancy looking!
